Our Leadership
Richard Marando
Founder & CEO
Rich is the founder of Marando Industries, established in 2006, following an accomplished 18-year career in the automotive industry. His most recent position was as the Global Director of Advanced Engineering for Dana Corporation, a multi-national automotive supplier. Rich earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering technology from Penn State University in 1987 and presently serves as the vice-chair of the Penn State University School of Science Engineering and Technology advisory board. He has been awarded over 20 patents for various product and process innovations, highlighting his ingenuity and creativity.
Cole Marando
Electro-Mechanical Engineer & Craftsman
Having earned a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Penn State University in 2016, Cole has been an invaluable asset to the family business since 2012. He is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in mechanical and electrical aspects of machine design, process engineering, PLC and Robotic programming. Cole's passion for restoring classic cars is evident in his meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship, which he seamlessly translates to all aspects of his work.
